Introductions of Flange Immersion Heater

Flange heaters are called flange immersion heaters, which are designed for use in drums, tanks and pressurized vessels to heat both gases and liquids. They consist of multiple one to several U shape tubular heaters formed into a hairpin shape and brazed to flanges. The tubular heating elements can be made of copper, steel, stainless steel or Incoloy sheath. A flanged heater will typically mate with a companion flange that is either welded to a tank or in the case of circulation heaters, to a pipe body.
