Introductions of Removable Insulation Jackets

Thermal Insulation Jackets have three layers, liner is glass fiber cloth or ceramic fiber cloth, and insulating layer is ceramic or glass fiber insulation blanket, and the protection layer is ceramic fiber with high temperature resistance paint coat, which is water, oil, acid and alkali proof. The standard thickness is about 25 to 30 mm. Removable Insulation Jackets temperature resistance is more than 1000 cent degree. Normal lifetime is 3 to 5 years. And the energy saving rate is 25% to 40%.

A) Cold insulation type

B) Low temperature insulation type (below 300℃);

C) Standard type (300—600℃).

D) High temperature insulation type (above 600 C).
